Most common flaws with new MLM companies

  • Bugging Your Friends & Family: Most MLM's still count on this old-school way of doing business.
  • No "Turn-Key" Way of Getting Leads: Most people who get into MLM don't have the slightest idea on how to find people interested in the products.
  • Lack of Testimonials: One of the most tried-and-true ways of selling anything is to be a very satisfied customer of the product you're selling
  • Lack of Residual Income: Many MLM companies sell non-consumable products that are one-time purchases, forcing the distributor to live sale-to-sale, instead of building on a foundation of residual income.
  • "Front-Loading" Products: You or someone you know probably has a garage full of vitamins, steak knives, water filters, etc., as a result of some scam that required a large up-front purchase of "inventory."
